- Sharing a Podium base with the Four Seasons Hotel and Residences, yet separately accessed, the City View Commercial Office building is a 14 storey fully glazed side core structure. Constructed in post tensioned concrete, the floor plates feature unobstructed interior space. The segmented design of the elevations provides a sense of scale, while the north elevation features a glazed cavity to mask the solid core while providing an illuminated feature identifying the building form the main road. Nestling beneath the building, a bronze clad oval Retail element announces the presence of high end retail uses within the Podium.
